Linen pad is made of coarse linen and cotton fibers, very suitable for rubbing. Regular rubbing with it increases skin tone and stimulates blood circulation. The simplest way to rub with this coarse pad is in the shower when the body is wet. The procedure lasts 7-8 minutes, and it refreshes better than a cup of coffee.

- linen products will last much longer than similar products made from other fibers;
